Does your pasta lose its flavor...?

This Top Chef 3 post is sung to Lonnie Donegan’s, Does Your Chewing Gum Lose Its Flavor (On the Bedpost Overnight?) If you have not heard this classic song before, please click here to listen to it or here for the lyrics. . .

Oh-me, oh-my, oh-you
What should cheftestants do
Hallelujah, the question is peculiar
I'd give a lot of dough
If only I could know
The answer to my question
Is it yes or is it no...

Does your Bertolli pasta lose its flavor
In their glad bags overnight?
Though your Hung mate says don't do it
Do you bag it just in spite?
Can you catch it on your tonsils
Can you heave it left and right?
Does your fusilli lose its flavor
In their glad bags overnight?

There’s Howie full of pride
Shoving Sara M. aside
He walks up to his costar
Just as stubborn as Gibraltar
With his temper in full swing
But it's such a petty thing
And as he gives her his bulldog finger
Bravo’s choir begins to sing

Does your shrimp pasta lose its flavor
In the cooler overnight?
If Sara M says don't do it
Do you bag it just in spite?
Can you catch it on your tonsils
Can you heave it left and right?
Does your shrimp pasta lose its flavor
In the cooler overnight?

Tre and CJ act as one
To make a taste sensation
They walked to the judge’s table
Ready, willing, and able
To bank on their success
Cause they worked in happiness
And addressing Rocco's questions
With startling openness

(Guest judge Rocco DiSpirito)
If Bertolli pasta noodles are made of flour
What is my face lift made of?
Boom, boom
(Padma to Joey)
If the sight of me makes you forget what you were thinking,
Did the asshole next to me also affect your cooking?
Boom boom
Please pack you knives and go.
Boo, hoo
(Tom to Casey)
Tell me, would like my meatballs as much as I liked yours?
Boom. Boom
(Brian to the Judges)
Do you like me better with or without my hat on?
Boom, boom.

(All together now, one more time...)
Does frozen Bertolli pasta lose its flavour
In their glad bags overnight?
If your customers won’t chew it
Do you make them swallow it in spite?
Can they catch it on their tonsils
Can they heave it left and right?
Does your bow tie pasta lose its flavour
In their glad bags overnight?

In their glaad baags overnight!

Ah, Ms. Place. I actually do remember that song, now that you mention it. And a fine job you did of encapsulating highs and lows of the last episode with it.

P.S. Thanks so much for your help. Doesn't my sporty new avatar look swell?

Fabulous. Just the right size too. I was worried it would be too large. It's so nice to see you Eggy!

I thought two chef would be cut. It surprised me that Joey went. I predicted that Sara would go, but I couldn't stand Howie. I don't care how good he cooks, I hope he's cut soon.

I think this was the first time Tom didn't get his way at judge's table. Twas clear he wanted to axe Jamaica Sara. And made up his mind during the walk-through.

I say Kudos to Rocco,Padma, and Gail for standing their ground.

" They don't use truffles in Medi or Italian cooking."

Tom's lost his mind, I think.

Really? What made everyone think that two chefs would be cut? Anyway, Eggplant, I love the avatar.

Ms. Place, this post is so much fun. :)
